Policies

Returns/Exchanges: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product and a full refund will be issued once the item is returned. Exchanges can be negotiated with the seller on a case by case basis and may not be possible to grant given current inventory. If your product was damaged in the mail, please reach out to Burlap Bovine to discuss replacement options. 

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Shipping occurs M-F on a regular basis.
